Health & Wellness

Student wellbeing is at the heart of the MYIS experience. We believe that children learn best when they feel safe, supported, and connected, which is why we take a whole-school approach to health and wellbeing.

Our dedicated counselor works alongside teachers, families, and school leaders to nurture students' social, emotional, and academic development, ensuring every child feels valued and empowered to thrive. Through Positive Discipline practices, health education, parent workshops, child safeguarding practices, and individualized support, we foster a caring environment where students build resilience, confidence, and healthy relationships.

To support students' physical wellbeing, MYIS also follows comprehensive health and safety protocols and has a qualified school nurse on campus to provide first aid, monitor student health, and partner with families to promote healthy habits throughout the school year.
